ONLINE TICKETS - Available through PayPal. Online prices may be lower than tickets purchased at the ticket desk. Tickets are not dated. They are good any day we are open in October 2010. Your ticket is your PayPal receipt. Print it and bring it. All sales are final. We do not refund. No exceptions. No waiting in line. Proceed to the entrance.
GROUP RATES - A group must have at least 10 paying people. One chaperon is free for every 10 students aged 6 to 18 years.

REFUND POLICY - Salem's 13 Ghosts will issue refunds only in cases of natural disasters or closure due to a safety emergency. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason. The walking tour is held rain or shine. Please dress accordingly. All sales are final.
CHILDREN - Salem's 13 Ghosts may not be appropriate for children under 6. It is up to the parents of children of any age to judge whether it is appropriate for their child. We do not offer refunds. Most small children will not do well in the dark spooky atmosphere. Children 4 and under are free.
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE - We are wheelchair and handicap accessible.
