ONLINE TICKETS - Available through PayPal. Online prices may be lower than tickets purchased at the ticket desk. Your ticket is your PayPal receipt. Print it and bring present it at the desk for admission.
TOUR AGENTS & GROUPS - Tour agents and groups are given special consideration. Please see the groups page for more information.
REFUND POLICY - There are no refunds. The walking tour is held rain or shine. Please dress accordingly.
CHILDREN - 13 Ghosts may not be appropriate for children under 6. It is up to the parents of children of any age to judge whether it is appropriate for their child. We do not offer refunds. Most small children will not do well in the dark spooky atmosphere.
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE - We are wheelchair and handicap accessible.

ONLINE TICKETS - Available through PayPal. Online prices may be lower than tickets purchased at the ticket desk. Haunted house tickets are not dated. They are good any day we are open in October 2010. Your ticket is your PayPal receipt. Print it and bring it in. There is no waiting in line with online tickets. Proceed straight to the entrance with your printed receipt.
GROUP RATES - A group must have at least 10 paying people. One chaperon is free for every 10 students aged 6 to 18 years.
